1. Custom Product Policy

All mugs sold through A Mug For You are custom-made according to the customer’s uploaded design or personalized request. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed.

2. Order Accuracy

Please double-check all uploaded designs, images, and text before submitting your order.
We print exactly as provided by the customer and cannot modify files once the order is confirmed.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In rare cases of damage during shipping or a production defect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rcrn@amug4u.com.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement of the same design.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Spelling or design errors made by the customer.

  • Low-quality images uploaded.

  • Color variations between digital preview and final print (due to screen display differences).

  • Change of mind after production has started.
